We have two 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom upper floor condos that share an adjoining door so guests can easily move from one condo area to the other. Each unit is 1,600 sq. ft. and has over $100,000 in upgrades and furnishings. These properties each feature a spacious kitchen with alder wood cabinets, new appliances and granite counters as well as luxurious bathrooms with travertine tile and granite counters. Each condo has a spacious great room that features a large screen HD TV and a beautiful stone fireplace.

The penthouses were recently professionally updated and decorated with all new furnishings and upscale bedding and linens. Each condo has its own new private outdoor 5-6 person hot tub on the deck and one unit has a new pool table while the other has a foosball table. With the shuttle bus stop located 50 feet from the front door and a 5 minute drive to Park City Ski Resort and downtown, this is an excellent location. These two condos can sleep a total of up to 18 guests.
